Trouble Brewing With Kim Jong Irrrrrrrl

North Korea's starting trouble -- real trouble.  At this point, I'm guessing that more people will start taking Charles Krauthammer's prescription for the problem seriously.  If we really believe nuclear proliferation is unlikely to cease and that other states are going to get there, arming more allies with the ability to defend themselves strikes me as a good idea.  And even if it's just a threat to get China to take the nuts in North Korea seriously, this is probably worthwhile.
